Wafr supplies withdrawable metal-clad switchgear for three-phase medium-voltage power systems from 3.6 to 24 kV. Systems are available for single-busbar and segmented single-busbar arrangements and can be equipped with withdrawable vacuum circuit breakers, vacuum contactors and other protection and control components.

Product Features

  1. Rational construction: The switchgear adopts a completely metal clad design, with a high level of protection (IP4X) for the outer shell. The inlet and outlet holes of power cables and control cables are sealed with rubber sealing rings, which can prevent dirt and small animals from entering and protect the insulation layer of the circuit.
  2. Stable and reliable: There are observation windows on the door panels of the circuit breaker room and cable room, which can conveniently observe the position and status of the circuit breaker and the working status of the incoming and outgoing cables. At the same time, it also maintains the ability to withstand internal arc faults within the switchgear.
  3. Superior performance: The three compartments of the switchgear are equipped with pressure release channels to release the pressure generated by internal arc faults.
  4. High protection level: The switchgear has comprehensive measures to prevent misoperation, is installed with reliable mechanical interlocking, and meets the "five prevention" requirements of the power system.
  5. Easy to expand: The cable room has sufficient cable connection space in both depth and height directions, and each phase can connect two teams of cables in parallel, making it easy to install. According to the specific application requirements, voltage transformers, lightning arresters and other components can also be installed in the cable room.
  6. Good suitability: Withdrawable circuit breakers of the same specification can be interchanged without any adjustment. Multiple models of microcomputer protection devices can be configured.
